Seafood rice in Chinese

A juicy recipe with Chinese roots was shared by the host of the program “Home Kitchen” Lara Katsova.

Rice recipe with Chinese seafood What do you need?

  • 350g rice
  • 700 ml of boiling water
  • 1 lemon
  • chili
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 combs
  • 1 pinch of Chinese mixture "5 spices"
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • green-onion feathers
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 small bundle of cilantro
How to cook rice with seafood in Chinese:

1. Put rice in a pan and pour boiling water. Put on a medium fire, cover the lid and cook until ready.

2. With lemon, remove peel, chili pepper and garlic finely chop.

3. Place the scallops on the working surface, carefully cutting each cross. Evenly lay on the scallops peel, chili pepper and garlic. Supplement with Chinese seasoning, sprinkle with olive oil. Thoroughly rub all this into the scallops and leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

4. Green onions are finely cut and mixed with slightly whipped eggs. Add soy sauce and some olive oil. Stir it up. Pour the mixture into a pot of rice, reduce the fire to a minimum, cover the lid and cook for a few more minutes.

5. Roast scallops on a mixture of butter and olive oil for no more than 3 minutes. At the end, pour the honey and salt it. Cook another minute.

6. On a large dish, lay out the rice slide, spread the scallops on top. Decorate with finely chopped cilantro.
