Spicy stuffed peppers
Beautiful, nourishing and very tasty dish, try it!
Ingredients
Method of preparation
The rice, rinse with cold water, pour 1.5 cups of water and cook until almost cooked. Refrigerate the cooked rice.
Mix rice with minced meat, salt to taste, pepper, add dried herbs to taste.
Onions peel, cut into small cubes, fry in 2 tbsp oil.
Carrot grate, add the onion and cook until soft.
Tomatoes scald with boiling water, remove the skins from the pulp of tomatoes in a blender make a puree or just grate.
Add the tomato purée to the onions and carrots, cook for 5 minutes. 1/2 Cup tomato mixture add the stuffing.
Cut the stalk from the peppers, remove the seeds, nafarshiruyte. Fold the peppers into the pan, add the remaining tomato mixture.
Boil 2 liters of water and salt. A little nedorite water as the liquid boils away during the cooking process. Pour the laid pepper with water and simmer until tender (30-40 minutes).
20 minutes before end of cooking put in a pan Bay leaf and pepper. In 10 minutes – chopped garlic.
Serve stuffed peppers with sour cream or sauce in which it cooked. Garnish the dish with parsley or dill.published

- a dry mix of oregano, Basil, thyme, Chesnot 2 tsp.
- ground black pepper, to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- fresh dill and parsley to taste
- vegetable oil for frying to taste
