Potatoes baked with mushrooms and cheese
Such potatoes can be served as a side dish or as a separate dish. Very tasty! Try it!

Method of preparation
Warm up the oven. Vystelim the baking sheet with foil. Potatoes thoroughly wash, pour olive oil and sprinkle with salt, nicolem with a fork, place on a baking sheet and send in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
Fry mushrooms together with onions. Potatoes cool, cut in half and viscreen part of the pulp, forming "boats". The mushrooms with potatoes add sour cream, grated cheese, chopped herbs, pepper and salt, and mix this stuffing fill the "boats". Sprinkle with cheese and send in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.published
