Quick cookies on beer

If you have never tried this cookie, you can use our recipe and it will become one of the most beloved. The batter on the beer turns out just wonderful, perfect for not only cookies, but also for all sorts of bagels with toppings.





Ingredients:

  • Flour — 2 cups (capacity 200 ml)
  • Margarine — 1 packet (200 g)
  • Beer — 0,5 tbsp.
 

Preparation:

Chop margarine with flour with a knife into crumbs, then a little RUB hands and when the mixture turns into fine light crumbs, pour in the beer gradually, maybe all will not be needed, knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove dough, roll it into a layer with a width of 3-4 mm and cut biscuits with cookie cutter or slice the dough with diamonds. Dip each cookie in sugar, tightly pressed and spread on a baking sheet on a silicone Mat.
Bake in the oven at 220 gr. approximately 25-30 minutes until Browning.
