Oyster mushrooms with sage

Oyster mushrooms — great mushrooms. Their proteins are similar in composition to the proteins of chicken eggs. The oyster contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Besides, they are just delicious.

Here is one of our favorite ways of cooking.

For 2 servings you will need:

  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 chive
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 7-10 sage leaves
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt, pepper
  • a little lemon juice
The mushrooms have to cut the lower part of the legs, wipe it with a napkin, not washing them in water (oyster mushrooms are usually clean). Large mushrooms cut into several parts. The leaves of sage cut from the stems, wipe clean with a cloth. Garlic and onion peeled, onion chop, garlic cut into plates.

In a pan heat the oil, fry in it the onion until Golden brown, remove and set aside in a warm place. On high heat fry the mushrooms until lightly Browning. Add leaves of sage, a plate of garlic, then put the already fried onion, salt, pepper to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook for another few minutes until tender.

Important: do not use dried sage, it will give the dish a bitter taste. You can replace it with Basil or parsley.

Garnish to this dish suitable buckwheat, pasta. Don't forget fresh bread and wine). published

P. S. And remember, only by changing their consumption — together we change the world! ©
