Lapshevnik with cottage cheese for Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD OF PREPARATION: 1. First boil the noodles in plenty of salted boiling water until almost cooked. If it is dry, cook according to package instructions, slightly negovari; if fresh, home – 3 minutes will be enough. Drain in a colander, shake off excess water, put the butter, gently shake so that the oil spreads evenly.

5. Generously grease a baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with semolina and shake the form to semolina distributed in a thin layer. Shake off excess semolina.
