Almond pancakes — delicious gluten-free dessert

Very quick and easy recipe for savoury pancakes that are gluten-free!

We will need:

 

  • 200 gr almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla extract 2 tsp.
  • almond extract 1 tsp.
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ Teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Oil
  • 75 g toasted almonds (petals)




 

In a deep bowl combine eggs, vanilla, almond extract and water.

Add the almond flour, salt and baking powder, mix until smooth.

On medium heat, melt a knob of butter.

Pour approximately 2 tablespoons of dough into the pan without making more than 4 pancakes at a time.

Flip after 1-2 minutes. The first pancake will be a test.

Serve with butter, fruit
