Stores are constantly offering us new products. Nothing dates so quickly as domestic appliances, it seems, will not have time to buy one miracle gadget, and has released a new model. • When cooking, choose a dish, the bottom of which corresponds to the size of plates! Otherwise, you lose 5-10% of energy. To save energy, we need a pan with a bottom that is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the burner.
  • Keep pots and pans lids! Lid open, water evaporates faster, thereby lengthening the cooking time by 20-30%. Equally, increased consumption of electricity for cooking.
  • After boiling, switch to the low-temperature regime!Electricity for cooking will be spent less, and the taste of the dish will not suffer, and it is even faster to cook.

Many refuse kettles in the kitchen, thinking that "they eat a lot of electricity." This is true, if you pour the full volume of water — typically 1.5-2 liters and constantly heated it when you want to drink a Cup of tea. Try to pour exactly as much water as you need based on the volume of the Cup or teapot.

The situation is similar to microwave: to reheat already cooked food is much cheaper than to do the same thing on the stove (assuming it's electric).

Try to use these rules at least a month and compare the electricity bills. And other tricks we'll tell you.published
