In traditional Tibetan philosophy around the World, the diversity of Nature, the whole universe was created ratios of these five elements. And our body, our mind, our thoughts is the ratio of these same five elements.

Around the world, the Cosmos and Man are not two separate structures, a single structure created from the same elements (in short the essence of the macrocosm and microcosm).

The first five elements have the following mapping:

1. Space corresponds to the inner element of the mind, a Yin organ heart Yang organ small intestine and glow with pure white light.

2. Air corresponds to the inner element of the breath, Yin-body light, Yang-on to the large intestine and the green glow of pure light.

In Tibetan medicine also has the concept of the five elements, the balance which is very important. These elements are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.

According to the beliefs of the ancient Tibetan medicine is the Foundation of all Samosoznaniya Wisdom or Emptiness and Clarity, is the source of Clear Light, which creates the whole universe. This understanding is the basis of the indigenous Tibetan tradition and Tibetan medicine.

Energy from the Void, the primordial state, there is a presence or Clarity that gives birth to the five auroras of Light white, green, red, blue and yellow.

  • the inner element corresponding to the white light, is the mind (or bones).
  • the inner element corresponding to green light, is the breath.
  • the inner element corresponding to red light, is bodily warm.
  • the inner element corresponding to blue light is blood.
  • the inner element corresponding to yellow light, is the bodily flesh.

The process of life starts from the heart, which is associated with the element Space and develops through the elements of Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Gross material substance of the body originates in the five pure lights light:

  • white net light element Space gives rise to channels of the mind and heart,
  • green net light Air element gives rise to internal wind or breath,
  • red net light element, the Fire causes bodily warmth,
  • blue net light item Water assists blood circulation,
  • yellow net light, the Earth element gives rise to the bodily flesh.

Respectively:

  • white net light element Space gives rise to the heart,
  • green net light Air element generates light,
  • red net light item Fire causes liver,
  • blue net light item Water assists the kidneys,
  • yellow net light, the Earth element gives rise to the spleen.

Five lights come from the places of their localization in the body, moving through the channels and out of the senses in order to connect with corresponding sense objects:

  • white light is localized in the heart and passes through the channel connecting the eye with the visible objects,
  • the green light is localized in the lungs and passes through the channel connecting the nose with scents of,
  • red light is localized in the liver and passes through the channel connecting the tongue with flavors,
  • blue light is localized in the kidneys and passes through the channel connecting the ears with the sounds,
  • the yellow light is localized in the spleen and passes through the channel connecting the lip with tangible objects.

Five pure lights of the light, also give rise to the five "sewage" or hollow organs:

  • white net light element Space gives rise to the small intestine,
  • green net light Air element gives rise to the colon,
  • red net light element, the Fire causes the gallbladder,
  • clean blue light of the element of Water gives rise to the bladder,
  • yellow net light, the Earth element gives rise to the stomach.published
