Sea bass with watermelon, Basil and mint
1-2 servings
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over high heat. Fillet of sea bass fry on each side for 2 minutes (until tender). Cut the fish in half and place on plates. Then season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with Basil and mint.
Lay the watermelon on plates, drizzle with olive oil and a little lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

- a big slice of watermelon, peeled and seeds, cut into pieces
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- sea salt
- black pepper, crushed in a mortar
- sea bass — 1 fillet (about 200g)
- fresh Basil leaves (a small handful)
- fresh mint leaves
