INGREDIENTS
500 grams sweet potato, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
A splash of double cream
Onion salt
Pepper
Nutmeg

Soft cheese
2 bacon, sliced into bits
1 green onion, sliced
50 g of wheat flour
2 eggs, beaten
50 g breadcrumbs

TRAINING
1. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes soft. Drain.
