Ingredients:
2 cups couscous
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1 cup sliced strawberries

How to cook:
1. Put the couscous in a bowl.
2. Mix in a pan of apple juice and water, bring to a boil.

4. Whisk the couscous with a fork. Then, gently stirring, add the mint, berries and cinnamon.
