How to charge your phone with lemon: a video that puzzled many!

Just recently, a video appeared on the network with a very lifehack. Its authors from the UK claim that you can charge any smartphone using fruit.

Experimenters suggest cutting the lemon in half, sticking a charger into it, using two halves of citrus. After that, you just need to connect the smartphone to charge, wait and voila!

In general, words are words, but it is better to see it with your own eyes.



Watching this video, we were shocked. One commentator explains the process as follows: Lemon juice works like an electrolyte for two metal electrodes, which are usually made from nickel and copper. If the charging electrodes are made of magnesium and copper, then less juice will be needed and the voltage will be higher.”

Others claim that to bring this life hack to life, you will need at least 6 lemons, wire and a copper coin or nail.
