1. turnip - 200 g
2 carrots - 200 g
3. beet - 100 g
5. Jerusalem artichoke - 200 g
6. greens
7. Olive oil - 3 tbsp tablespoons
All the vegetables in our raw salad.
Yummy incredible.
One serving of this salad is enough to meet the body of vitamins for the day!)))
