Beyond the walls of the Mexican prison





«Topo Chico» - maximum security prison in the Mexican city of Monterrey. Its director in mid-February 2016 was charged with murder and detained along with two accomplices after 49 killed in the uprising of prisoners. I suggest a short walk outside the walls of the prison.
