vegetable Rolls



Ingredients:

Nori
250 g of sunflower seeds (raw)
200g walnuts
1 clove of garlic
1-2 tablespoons raisins
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp salt (Himalayan or sea)
cucumber
avocado
lettuce
peppers
tomato
and / or any other vegetables (depending on your taste preferences)

Preparation:

In a food processor (for example, here in this or any other) crushed walnuts, raisins, salt and garlic. Add crushed seeds and lemon juice and stir.

Due to lemon juice sticky masa is obtained, and at the same time crumbly. If you want the weight was less crumbly, you can add a spoonful of water.

Vegetables cut into sticks.

On a sheet of nori spread a thin layer of nut mass, lettuce and other vegetables, and torque roll, do not forget at the end edge of the nori with water lubricated.

Rolls chop with a sharp knife.

Vegetables can take any, but in my opinion and taste, the main vegetable that should always be present - a cucumber. Or even zucchini.
