Vёrdzhn sprauts (Virgin sprouts)



Delicious vegetable salad with apple and fresh sprouts buckwheat!

When cooked, carefully at first suggested to eat a few tablespoons of unsalted
and without soy sauce. And if you do not like it - then add salt :)
We liked without salt - lemon juice and spices enough

! You need (for serving for 2-3 people):

 - 1 apple
 - 3 medium radishes
 - 2 medium carrots
 - 1/2 of the average beet
 - Pumpkin - 1/1 the volume of carrots
 - Pomegranate seeds - 1 handful
 - Juice of half a lemon
 - Parsley and dill - to taste, add ...
for example, we like it when a lot of greens :)
 - And, of course, fresh green sprouts buckwheat :)
(2-3 handfuls or 5-6 full tablespoons)
 - Sea salt - optional

Preparation:
All vegetables and wash the apple and cut into cubes, add pomegranate seeds, greens, sprouts, squeeze half a lemon, add spices to taste (we like Sambar Masala - sold in "Indian Spices" store), mix

. Salad ready - it's just "a bomb with the use of" :)
