In Switzerland, everyone will receive 2250 euros per month. Even without working

Switzerland has offered to pay all the inhabitants of 2500 Swiss francs (or 2 250 euros) per month, regardless of whether they work or not. Children also planned to pay 625 francs. On this issue will be a vote, and Switzerland could become the first country in the world to set a fixed income. In the meantime, it is the only one where a vote will be held on this issue.

A group of economists, put forward a proposal, I am sure that people will continue to work, despite the guaranteed income. And carrying out population surveys confirm this. Only 2% of the population admitted that they quit work, and 8% - which, depending on the circumstances, maybe will not work.

The vote is scheduled for June this year.

This idea has cost the state 208 billion francs per year. 150 billion is expected to take from taxes, and the remaining money - from social security funds.

In the meantime, a survey of 1,076 people, a third of them admitted that she thinks that once the proposal comes into force, many people immediately stop working. Also, 56% of respondents said they are skeptical that such a law ever come into force.
