These sculptures in London can be seen only twice a day

In London there was a sculpture by British artist and sculptor Jason Taylor underwater - a figure four horsemen. The peculiarity of the composition is that it can be seen only twice a day, at low tide - this was the author's intention. His main message to people to think about global warming, and now decides otherwise. The sculptural group consists of two businessmen mast embodying power, and two children - the future generation that will face environmental disasters. Instead, the heads of the horses pumps for oil wells.
