The fate of Viktor Ivanovich Baranov, the Soviet "counterfeiter number 1" might have been different if the homeland has been applied his remarkable talent.
As a child, Victor was fond of collecting old banknotes. Colored pictures of royal personages fascinated him. He has heard that there are people who can produce the same, but did not imagine that one day will be able to do something similar.
I not once offered his invention to enterprises, but they are for the most part remained unclaimed. Then Baranov "for self-affirmation" and to finance its own inventions is taken for the production of money.
