More than 90% of Russia's population does not believe TV advertising

While advertising in the media respondents prefer to switch to another channel (43%) do their business (32%). Only about 9% listening or watching advertising. Almost half of them (43%) trust the information received from advertising. 7% of respondents turn off the sound, and 2% of the respondents turn off the TV.
The poll was conducted by VCIOM from 13 to 14 October 2012. The survey interviewed 1,600 people in 138 settlements (46 regions, territories and republics of Russia).
