You disturb pains in the back and you have done everything possible to get rid of them? Then you should try the method described below. To do this, you do not need any medication and food.
Andrew Weil, MD, developed a simple breathing exercises, which helps to relieve back pain. It can help reduce the pain, and in the long run, if you practice regularly, can reduce sensitivity to pain.
Lie down or sit in a comfortable position and you place the tip of your tongue behind the upper teeth. Exhale through your mouth, making a little hissing sound.
Shut your mouth and exhale through the nose. Hold your breath for 5-7 seconds.
Exhale through your mouth, again producing a whistling sound. Do breath for 6-8 seconds.
Take a breath and repeat the previous step 3 up to three times.
The next time you will disturb the back, do not run straight to the medicine cabinet, try the exercises, and you will appreciate how it is effective.
Do not forget to tell your friends about it!
