You'll need:

2 kg fresh cabbage; 4 carrots; 4 garlic cloves; 1/2 Art. sugar; 2 tbsp. l sea salt; 10 peppercorns; 4 bay leaves; 1/2 Art. vegetable oil; 1/2 Art. vinegar. How to prepare:

1. Chop the cabbage, carrots sodium on a coarse grater, rarely garlic and put it in a pan.
2. Prepare the marinade. In one liter of water add the sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf and boil for 12-15 minutes, then add the vegetable oil, and a 9% vinegar.
