By following this simple technique, you make your embrace more meaningful and happy - more conscious and deep.
When we hug, our hearts are connected and we know that we - not separate beings. Consciously embrace carries the energy of healing, understanding and gives a feeling of fullness of happiness. At this point, life becomes real. (Honestly, architects should design a roomier airports and railway stations to embrace enough room for all comers). Embrace the Practice of Conscious helped so many people to establish relationships with each other - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, sisters and brothers, and many others.
So, open your arms to each other. Keep hugging each other for three breaths and three breaths:
Making the first breath, you realize their presence in the present, and you are happy.
With the second breath you realize that the other person is present in the moment, and it is also happy.
With the third breath you realize that you are together, here on this earth, and you feel happiness and profound gratitude to you for your closeness.
Then open your arms, and bowed to each other, expressing gratitude.
By following this simple technique, you make your embrace more meaningful and happy - more conscious and deep.
