In 1861, he participated in student demonstrations, for which he was expelled from St. Petersburg to Poltava.
The following is a career military: Military School, Service commissariat. At the time of publication in the "Cornfield" Kozlov was a colonel. Parallel military service (it turns out) was an inventor and social activities in the field of cooperation is the author of several published works (including confiscated play "Shelter for extra people" - Hello, colleague, hello!).
