Realistic Japanese candies

The traditional Japanese art of making candy in the form of realistic animals there are more than 12 centuries.

Candy amezayku made from sugar and starch syrup with natural dyes, while the masters requires incredible speed of reaction, because the candy is to be finally formed before its cooling.

26-year-old Shinra Tezuka (Shinri Tezuka), one of the few artists amezayku, failed again to return to the ancient art of fame. In 2013 he opened his own shop Ameshin, where he sells his works, which cost 1,000-2,000 yen (US $ 8-17).
