Ecology of Chinese cities is under threat. Environmentalists are sounding the alarm, because about two-thirds of Chinese cities "took the blockade" a heap of garbage. According to experts, in the cities of the country on 20 thousand hectares of land it has accumulated about 6 billion tons of household waste, and this "mountain" grows by 4, 8 per cent per year.
