Anniversary of salvation
A year ago, a US passenger plane Airways Flight 154 made a splashdown in the Hudson River. The aircraft collided with a flock of geese, and birds damaged both engines of the liner, so that there was a strong fire. Passengers and eyewitnesses of the incident claimed that the engine was pulled out of the fire and smoke.
Then all the passengers and crew who were on board survived. Many passengers and the experts agreed that it was thanks to skillful actions of the commander and other crew members managed to save the lives of everyone who was on board the ship in distress.
A year later, the passengers, the crew and the first random rescuers decided to come together and celebrate the anniversary of the splashdown in the Hudson.
