- The Russian government has submitted to the State Duma a bill on Saturday, according to which the FSB should be given the right to declare any citizen or organization for the actions of an official warning, which may cause extremism. Those for whom prevention will not work, will be fined.

The opposition believes that the powers of the FSB is already enough and therefore suspects that the prevention and penalties will be subject to any dissenter, the newspaper "Kommersant».
