M / A station of Michigan - the splendor and ruin
During the construction of the central station of Michigan (Michigan Central Station) was the highest railway station in the world. It was built in 1913 for the railway company Michigan Central Railroad. The station was designed by the firms «Warren & Wetmore» and «Reed & Stem», which also developed the Grand Central Terminal. Even now, despite all the decadence, the station represents the architectural splendor and the building Majestic - a real architectural monument. The station is "lit up" in the video for the song Eminem «Beautiful».
