The collapse of the US
15 states, including Texas, filed a motion to withdraw from the US. On Saturday, November 10, 2012 15 states asked the Obama administration to withdraw from the United States to create its own government.
States after this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These states demanded that the Obama administration has given the right to a peaceful solution of the United States.
These petitions have been filed only a few days after the 2012 presidential election.
Louisiana became the first state to file a petition. It was reported the next day after the election, Mr. Michael E. from Slidell, Louisiana. Texas was next state, followed by a petition from Mr. Micah H. of Arlington, Texas.
The Government provides one month from the date of submission of the application to collect 25,000 signatures to the Obama administration would consider the request.
The petition states Texas:
"The United States are still suffering from the economic difficulties arising from the neglect of the federal government to reform domestic and foreign spending. US citizens suffer from a blatant violation of their rights, such as the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), TSA (Transportation Security Administration), etc. Considering that Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is feasible in Texas to secede from the Union State, and to do everything to protect the standard of the right of citizens to life and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers, the covenants that are no longer reflected in the activities of the federal government ».
As of 12:46 am, Sunday, signatures obtained Luizianae 7358; Texas, 3771; Florida 636, Georgia 475, Alabama 834; North Carolina, 792; Kentucky 467, Mississippi, 475; Indiana, 449; North Dakota, 162; Montana 440 Colorado, 324; Oregon 328, New Jersey 301 and New York, 169. Many other states should follow suit.
