"The military invasion of Russia in Ukraine is the most serious crisis in Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall. Called into question our vision of Europe whole, free and at peace, "- he said the NATO Secretary General.
"Since this is not an isolated incident, it becomes a pattern of behavior. Military pressure and frozen conflicts close to our borders: Transnistria, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, and now the Crimea.
