Inflatable pig

Inflatable pink pig, scenic character group Pink Floyd, again flew over Battersea Power Station in London on September 26.

In January 1977 Pink Floyd released the album Animals, created based on the "fur farms" Orwell, in which the characters are dogs, pigs and sheep. The album opens and closes the composition of Pigs on the Wing («Pigs on the wings") in two parts. One of the key songs on the album - Pigs (Three Different Ones) («Pigs (three different)»).

Cover was a photo inflatable pig floating over Battersea Power Station in London towers. Later, a huge inflatable pig was accompanied by a group of almost all concerts and has become a kind of "calling card» Pink Floyd. Sometimes it from you untying ropes and flew away.

Today's flight inflatable pig is associated with the re-release of the record company EMI Music 14 studio albums. Pig size 30 feet (9, 1 meter) in length and 15 feet (4 to 6 meters) in height was inflated at dawn, exactly 35 years after the release of the album Animals.
