As it became known, Barbadian R & B-singer Rihanna won a permanent injunction directed against the British fashion apparel brand Topshop. From now on, the British retailer strictly forbidden to ever again use the image of the singer. The decision handed down judgment, which was previously found guilty of selling the brand T-shirts with a photo of Rihanna without her permission.

At the last hearing, the court decided that it would be "fair and square" when 25-year-old diva will be granted an injunction in order to prevent any possible in future versions of the illegal use of images "style icon".
