The camera made of cardboard

Swedish network products for home IKEA has introduced eco-friendly digital camera that is almost entirely made of cardboard. After shooting 40 frames the camera can be sent for recycling as it is made with materials recyclable for reuse. The digital device is part of the campaign, IKEA, whose meaning lies in the fact that buyers can share photos of their furniture on the website magazina.

The camera is called Knappa and will be distributed free of charge in some of the company's stores around the world. It was created by Swedish designer Jesper Kouthoofdom, it runs on two AA batteries and connects to the computer using the built-in USB port.
Creating a digital camera - it is the next step of IKEA in the direction of home appliances, after the company has developed a line of home theater. Meanwhile, a spokesman for the corporation in an interview Bi-bi-si said that the production of the cameras, "does not mean that the company starts selling electronic equipment."
