European Championships

6 and 7 September 2013 more than a hundred men with thick and well-groomed facial hair took part in the Championship mustache and beard in New Orleans. Contestants competed for victory in 18 different categories on 3 directions: full beard, incomplete beard and mustache.





Were raffled prizes for the best mustache in the style of Salvador Dali mustache in Hungarian style, beard a la Giuseppe Garibaldi, a beard in the spirit of Giuseppe Verdi and so on.







Absolute Champion chose the audience: they applauded each finalist, and the louder the applause were, the more likely participants were to win.
