"Pot roast"


 
Preparation:

1. The meat cut into small cubes and fry quickly on the heated pan. Expanded in gorshochkam.Luk finely chopped, carrots cut into strips and fry.

2. Put on the meat. Cucumbers cut into thin rings and put on a layer of onions and carrots. Potatoes cut into large cubes and put on a pot.

3. Pour the broth quite a bit. Pour mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 190 degrees.

4. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes Serve.
