Here for them all conditions - sterile equipment, high-quality products and complete anonymity. The center is open from 9.30 to 15.30. It regularly come around 400 people, some several times a day. Some of them work and visit this place before the start of the working day. There were cases of overdose, but no deaths. The police and the organization of the fight against drug trafficking believes that such centers significantly reduce the crime situation in the city.
