130 instigators of the riots arrested in the first day of the national convention of the Republican Party of the United States in St. Paul, Minnesota. Acting disparate groups of 20-100 people, they set fire to garbage cans, beaten shop windows, car windows, threw empty bottles at passing buses. Police had to use tear gas, pepper spray and smoke bombs.
