Preparation
- Crush and chop the garlic finely.

- Mess the dough 5-7 minutes. The longer it takes, the better it will last.
- Cut the dough into 4 long pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin sausage.
- Oil the plate and put sausages from the dough on it with a spiral.
- Cover the plate with film and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
- Try not to confuse, pull the noodles, starting from the center of the spiral. If you see that the noodles are too dry and do not stretch, additionally lubricate it with oil.
- Send the noodles in the oil into the boiling water. Ambassadory. Let me boil again and cook 1.5-2 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables to the lagman. Let me boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Rinse the noodles with cold water and cast them on a sieve.
