- 500g ground meat
- 200g rice
- 1 bulb
- 1 carrot
- 1kg cabbage
- 200g sour cream
- 250ml tomato juice or ground tomatoes
- salt

Preparation
- Remove the upper leaves from the cabbage, cut the cap and decoct until soft. Cut all the seals and cover them with the bottom and walls of the form for baking. Fill the leftover cabbage.
- Cut the onions and carrots. Pour vegetables with tomato and carcasses for 5 minutes.
- Boil the rice until half-ready, mix it with minced, add crushed vegetables with tomato, tinted cabbage, pour sour cream. Sprinkle and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. The filling should be juicy.

- Then cover the filling with leaves and send to the oven.
- Bake at 180 °C for an hour.
