Preparation
- Before cooking, prepare fillers, they should be dry. You need to grind the poppy in a coffee grinder, grind the prunes and mix it with 50 g of any ground nuts. Mix the raisins with 50 g of nuts and add to a dark crust. You can put apricots in the light.
- Cover the bottom of the form with a diameter of 24 cm with parchment paper, lubricate it with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- Since the recipe uses a baking powder, you need to prepare the dough for one cake immediately before baking. Mix all the dry ingredients (no filler, it is added at the end) and mix well.
- To well-whipped eggs gradually add sugar and whip until the mass lightens. Then add the sour cream and mix well.
- At the slowest speed, add sifted baking powder flour to the egg mixture. It should be a soft and gentle dough.
- Stir the dough with the desired filler and pour into the form.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 25-35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. To make the dough fit well, in the first 20 minutes it is better not to look at the crusts.
- When the cakes are cool, lubricate them with sour cream permixed with powdered sugar. For one crust, use about 100 g of impregnation. Before assembly, let the cakes soak for an hour.
- Let's make the cream. For cream to grow in size well, it must be very cold. Mixer them to soft peaks. In small portions add condensed and continue whipping to a homogeneous state.
- Start collecting the cake in an arbitrary order, lubricate each cake and edge with cream.
- Decorate as you wish. You can split the top into segments and sprinkle poppy, cocoa and ground nuts.
- Now the most difficult thing is to hide the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, so that it is well soaked with cream.
