  1. Forehead massage
    This simple exercise will help to relax the muscles of the face and prepare them for further study. Relax and close your eyes. Smile, pulling your cheeks up. Hold in that position for 2 seconds. Then relax your cheeks, still holding the spoon with your lips, and start repeating. Perform this exercise at least 10 times.




  5. Exercise for elasticity of the lips, cheeks and chin
    Open your eyes wide, open your mouth and draw your lips inside. Retracted lips as if pronounce the sound “a”, but do not move them. Hold in this position for 5 seconds. Without changing the position of the lips, pronounce the “e” sound. Hold on for 5 seconds again. Do the same with the "and" and "o" sounds. In conclusion, form a “y” sound with your lips, stay in this position for 5 seconds. When each sound is formed, strain your cheek muscles and smile. Repeat this exercise 3 times.




  6. Balloon inflation
    The last exercise is almost childish, however, perfectly tones the muscles and skin of the face and neck. Take a deep breath with your nose and breathe air into the balloon.
