  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 40g soy sauce
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 40g sunflower oil

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp basilica
  • salt and pepper


Preparation
  1. Clean the potatoes from the peel, cut into quarters and decoctions until semi-ready in unsalted water - 5-7 minutes is enough so that the vegetable does not boil and crumble during subsequent manipulations.

  2. While the potatoes are cooked, prepare a dressing: pass the garlic through the press, mix with soy sauce and sunflower oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a fork or wreath.

  3. Pour water off the potatoes and cool a little. Pour a soy dressing into a pot with potatoes and evenly distribute it, covering the dishes with a lid and shaking it slightly.
