Marinade recipe for mushrooms

Mushrooms can be both an excellent snack and an independent dish. Especially delicious are pickled mushrooms. Properly arranged marinade gives them a special tenderness.

After marinating, mushrooms can be added to a salad, served as a snack, filling with vegetable oil and onions. Or cook with kebabs or with vegetables on the grill - generally tasty, sometimes better than meat.

Marinade for mushrooms Ingredients
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp vinegar essence 70%
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 6 peas of sweet pepper
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp salt

Preparation
  1. Boil the water. Add all the spices to it and keep it on fire for another three minutes. At the very end, pour a vinegar essence. Pay attention: you can use table cider vinegar, but at the same time change the proportions. Per litre marinade for mushrooms I need 3 tsp. 70% vinegar essence, 800 ml of water take 200 ml of 5% table vinegar, and 900 ml - 100 ml of 9% table vinegar.

  2. Mushrooms need to be cleaned, washed. Then put in cold water and bring to a boil. Pour it and pour water again, a little salty. Bring it to a boil and remove the foam formed.

  3. If the mushrooms have settled at the bottom of the pan, they are ready. Take them out and put them in the banks. Fill the cans 2/3 height with mushrooms and pour marinade to the top. Then twist and put in a cold place for storage. When the mushrooms are soaked in liquid, they will occupy the entire volume of the vessel.
