The ingredients
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 80g white chocolate
  • 150g fat cream
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 300g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp powderer
  • 400g powdered sugar
  • 100g raisins
  • 35g almonds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2g vanillin


Preparation
  1. Combine 100 ml of cream and cream cheese, beat to homogeneity mass mixer.
  2. Cut into small pieces white chocolate and paint it with 50 ml of cream.



  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the cheese mass, add cognac and vanillin. Hit the mixer.



  4. In a separate container, beat the eggs until they increase in volume by 2 times. Gradually pour 250 g of powdered sugar into the eggs, without stopping whipping. The whipping process lasts 10-15 minutes, at least.



  5. Mix the cheese and egg mixture at low speed with a mixer.
  6. Add 1 tsp of lemon peel and stir the dough again.



  7. Warm the oven to 180 degrees.



  8. Ask for flour with baking powder and in several approaches add to the egg-cheese mass. Stir the dough with a mixer. Hurry up, as the baking powder quickly reacts chemically with the dough. If you do not have time to put the dough in the oven, it may not rise.



  9. Pump the raisins in flour so that it is distributed throughout the kulik and does not settle on the bottom.



  10. Margarine or butter well lubricate the form for baking, sprinkle a little flour so that the cake does not stick.
  11. Pour the dough into the mold and send to the heated oven for 40 minutes. Look at the kulich so that it does not burn: depending on the type of oven, it can be prepared 5 minutes earlier or later.



  12. Meanwhile, prepare. icingMix 200 g of powdered sugar with lemon juice and rub the whole thing with a spoon.
  13. Pour some icing and sprinkle some crumbly fried almonds.
