How to cook stew in the oven

Someone is able to eat only fruits and vegetables, and someone regularly serve meat dishes. But the latter do not always have time to cook, and therefore it is very convenient when there is something meat at hand that is always ready for use.

Stew in the oven Ingredients
  • 200 g of meat (in our case pork brisket)
  • 100g buckwheat (or 75g rice)
  • 100 ml of warm water (for buckwheat) or 150 ml for (for rice)
  • 1 tsp pork fat
  • garlic, salt, pepper and bay leaf to taste


Preparation
  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fold it into sterilized jars by about a third. It's not a big deal if there's about half the meat in some cans.



  2. In each jar add pork fat, salt and pepper. Pour some cold water.
  3. Cover the banks with lids, having previously removed the rubber gaskets. Put the meat jars in the cold oven. Turn it on, set the temperature at 200 degrees.



  4. When the water boils, reduce the temperature first to 150 degrees, and then reduce a little more so that the water does not boil much, because the meat will need to mold for 3 hours.



  5. Take out the cans, add a few cloves of garlic, bay leaf and cereal to each. Share the warm water, cover the cans with lids and send it to the oven. Bring it to a boil and make sure the stew boils for another hour.



  6. It remains to turn off the oven and wait for the banks to cool themselves for about an hour. Now take out the jars, put the rubber pads back in the lids and sunset. Homemade stew in the oven Ready!
