How to prepare a marinade for meat

Home-smoking marinade It contains nitrite salt. Do not be afraid of the name, because it is just a special seasoning that helps to preserve the color of the meat, and also prevents the appearance of harmful microorganisms in the meat.





The ingredients
  • 0.5 liters of water
  • 10g sweet pepper
  • 10g black ground pepper
  • 5 bay leaves
  • quarter-stick
  • 10g nutmeg
  • packing
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 20g nitrite salt


Preparation
  1. Pour 0.5 liters of water into the container. Add scented and black pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, nutmeg and spices. Brew all the seasonings for 20 minutes.



  2. Now pour the meat with clean water to determine how much you need. Then pour the water into a separate container. Add nitrite salt to it and mix well.



  3. Add water with spices and sugar to the salt solution. Meat should be left in the marinade for a day.



  4. After 24 hours, take out the meat, dry it and fix it in the smokehouse.





Salted and smoked meat are products for real gourmets. Salting red fish is not difficult either. This fish is a delicacy, but sometimes you can enjoy yourself.
