- lard
- 4 tbsp salt
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 Cup of Strongly Brewed Black Tea
- 1 tsp black pepper (ground)
- 4 pcs of sweet pepper
- 1 tsp red searing pepper
- 1 tsp coriander (ground)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp ajiki

- Now it's about technology. Salo will need to be boiled, so boil water in a large container, add salt, bay leaf and fragrant pepper. Slowly add the tea and bring it to a boil again.
- Cut the fat in small pieces and put in boiling water, bring it to a boil again and make the smallest fire. Let the lard cook for about 20 minutes.
- While lard is bubbling in boiling water, do spices. Mix together black and red pepper, coriander and cumin, then grind everything properly in the mortar. Then add garlic to it and rub it with spices. The final touch is to add ajiki. Done.
- Take the fat out of our brine and let it cool. We can get wet with a paper towel, we don't need extra moisture. As you should rub another warm fat with the resulting spices, then wrap each piece separately in food foil or parchment. Wrap everything together tightly with a towel.
- Now we have to wait! Leave the lard at room temperature for 6 hours, then move it to the refrigerator for another 10 hours. Actually, you can do everything in the evening, and by lunch the next day you can serve on the table.
