Preparation

  3. Now it's time to cook the roast. Pepper, onion and tomato cut in cubes. Don't forget to peel the tomato. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil to a golden color, then take potatoes from the broth, break it and add to the roast. Fry the vegetables for another 5 minutes.



  4. Add to the borscht the roast and the remaining raw potatoes. It should be cut in cubes.



  5. Cook until ready. Serving on the table, you can sprinkle borscht with dill.
